Assistance
at the Airport etc., by our Representative
will be provided in all cases where transfer
by private car/coach is ordered. Rates for
Hotels, Transport and All Package Tours :
All rates will be supplied on request.

Booking
Reservations should be made
well in advance, though we will do all
possible to secure hotels and other land
arrangements as requested.We reserve to
ourselves the right to change, alter or
cancel any portion of the itinerary to suit
the local requirement. |

Insurance
Insurance of cars and motor
coaches owned by us as well as our
transporters are comprehensively insured
covering only in Indian Rupees in accordance
with Indian rates & regulations. |

Payments
Payment for
any services requested must be made in
advance with 10% deposit, by certified
cheque, money order or bank transfer, 30
days prior to the arrival of the clients in
India, and the balance should be remitted
two weeks in advance of the arrival. All
remittances should be in foreign currency by
'A/c Payee's cheques drawn in favour of Jay
Ess World Travels. New Delhi, on ICICI Bank
Ltd., Janakpuri, B' Block, New Delhi 110058.

Cancellations
Any changes in the itinerary
should be advised to us immediately and we
reserve ourselves the right to levy any
service charges or not. As a general
principle no cancellation charges would be
levied in case we receive 4 weeks notice.
Actual cancellation charges are leviable in
all cases against hotel and air reservations
if the same are levied by hotels and
airlines. |
